STUDENTdirect Sponsorship Program
The following sponsorship structure represents the standard levels of sponsorship and the accruing related benefits. Should your organization have special requirements, we are more than delighted to assist in tailoring a package to meet and exceed your needs.
For every dollar that we raise in ticket sales by signing the pledge at the levels outlined below, your organization agrees to contribute a matching grant equivalent to that level thus contributing as a sponsor. Donations in the form of checks will be written to the STUDENTdirect Charitable Foundation and delivered no later than December 20, 2014.

Event Sponsorship Agreement
STUDENTdirect Charitable Foundation, henceforth known as “STUDENTdirect,” and _______________________________, henceforth known as “Sponsor,” enter into this agreement freely and willingly on the _________ day of ________, 2014.

Sponsor agrees to provide sponsorship at the ____________ level for YoungINC.LA Halloween Do-Over 2014 in benefit of the cause the foundations official volunteer program “Initiating Community Action for the Youth and Displaced. Organizing students to make a change for themselves and their peers” covered by this agreement, henceforth known as “Event.”

In exchange for this sponsorship, YoungINC.LA and STUDENTdirect Charitable Foundation agree to provide Sponsor with the benefits outlined in the Sponsors Matching Grant Program in accordance to their sponsorship level (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum).

This agreement represents the only relationship between Foundation and Sponsor. No other relationship between the two entities exists, implied or otherwise.
