CHIME was established as a framework for personal philanthropy in order to support Education and Healthcare reforms in Myanmar. Since late 2015, the founder decided to collaborate with young leaders, local and international organizations to implement effective solutions.

Representing Constructiveness, Hope & Empathy, CHIME serves to promote non-profit accountability and financial transparency.
