My bio:

Joel “Joey” Cooper is a Graduate of Pierce College in Washington State. He has an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies, & has worked in Administrations since Jan 2004, with Boogiezone Inc. & the Collegiate Nursing Industry. As Director of Operations of Boogiezone Utopia Laboratory for the Creative Arts, Joey Cooper serves as the backbone to the facility. Tackling the varying needs to appointing personnel, organizing the Instructors Faculty, working with long & short term renters & vendors, his capacity to assist with quality & urgency are his priorities…and always done with respect & care. You will often see him working in the hospitality of the front desk, counting classes, answering phones, returning emails, all the way down to studio maintenance & up keep–he’s often everywhere. The pride in his work is to make certain the facility, & all Boogiezone stands for is upheld to it’s highest degree. Joey has been a creative mastermind since the young age of 8 years old. Often told he was a progressive thinker, years ahead of peers he's harnessed his unique talents in people skills to acquire leadership role in practically every job he has taken on. He's been within the management industry since 2006, and has played instrumental part in the success of Boogiezone having not only started with the company as a dancer, but as their 1st intern turned Executive Administrator. He now stands as their Chief of Operations for Boogiezone INC. A native of Washington State Joey Cooper has over 27 years experience in teaching others how to reach, actualize, and achieve their goals when it comes to dance. His background includes his classical training in disciplines of Ballet, Jazz, and Tap, along with today's contemporary styles in Hip Hop, and stylized commercial Hip Hop. His professional Credits include working with Industry choreographers, dancers, such as assisting for Sisqo, and Weezer. Artistic & Creative Direction, as well as Dance & Choreography for the Michael & Janet Jackson Tribute Concert Together Again with the Velvet Nation Having a knack for direction, he also produced shows for local artists from San Diego, such as Lauren Silva which have gained critical acclaim in the christian arena of developing artists. You can find Joey dancing, performing, and creating with his dance company 2wisted Elegance L.A.co-founded by the company's original creator Jaret Hughes's, who runs Twisted Elegance from Seattle Washington. Together these two young men continue to set the standard for excellence in their stylistic efforts to set the stage on fire, and as they say "snatch off wigs," in the process. Joey is currently a resident of North Hollywood California working every day toward his goals and professional pursuits.
